Nuggets' Lawson leaves after sustaining apparent head injury

The Denver Nuggets might have been dealt with a heavy blow Sunday night, as point guard Ty Lawson was forced to leave against the San Antonio Spurs with an apparent head injury.

Losing Lawson for an extended amount of time would be a huge loss for the Nuggets. Lawson is shouldering the vast majority of responsibilities at point guard, logging 37 minutes per game this season, and averaging 16 points and 10.4 assists per game.
