In a new Foot Locker commercial advertising the latest Jordan Brand kicks, Westbrook reminds you, the viewer and consumer, that being great is about far more than just the shoe. Buy the shoe, of course, but the shoe won't mean anything if you don't put in the work to make the most of it.

It's a really good commercial, and Westbrook seems to be coming into his own with his deadpan, antagonistic off-court personality.

That's quite the assault on sports cliches from the Oklahoma City Thunder point guard known for similar assaults on rims around the league.
