Gordon (shoulder) is going to take another week or two to decide if he'll undergo surgery, the Pelicans' official site reports. If he can avoid surgery, Gordon hopes to return in 3-4 weeks.

Analysis:

Gordon suffered the injury on November 22 and was expected to make a decision two weeks after that whether or not to undergo surgery, but that decision has been delayed once again as Gordon attempts to avoid surgery in an effort to be able to return to the lineup this season. If you've followed Gordon's career in any capacity, you know this will likely be a lingering issue for a long time. He's droppable in essentially all formats.
