Johnson missed Sunday's practice with a stomach virus, Andy Vasquez of The Record reports.

Analysis:

The next game for Brooklyn will come against the Cavaliers on Monday and Johnson won't likely be given the green light until right before tipoff. With that in mind, Alan Anderson and Bojan Bogdanovic may be in store for extended minutes on the hardwood Monday if Johnson stays on the sidelines.
