Felton is still yet to play this season due to the ankle issue, but he was thought to be targeting Saturday to make his Mavs debut. That won't be the case, however, and his next chance will come Tuesday in Chicago. With Jameer Nelson (back) questionable to play Saturday, Devin Harris would appear to be in line for significant minutes.
