Report: Bulls' Noah says he will play Friday

The injury-riddled Chicago Bulls will finally get some relief as center Joakim Noah told ESPN's Nick Friedell that he'll play against the Boston Celtics in a Black Friday matinee.
Noah and point guard Derrick Rose had been listed as probable with the decision on playing to be made after warm-ups.
