Warriors' Bogut set to play through orbital contusion Tuesday

The Golden State Warriors will be close to having their vaunted #FullSquad when they take on the Miami Heat on Tuesday.

Though David Lee remains sidelined, both Leandro Barbosa and Andrew Bogut are expected to suit up, making this the healthiest the Warriors have been all season.

Bogut had to leave Sunday's game after suffering an orbital contusion, and his status for Tuesday was somewhat unclear. He was able to participate in shootaround, though, and all indications are that he will be in uniform to try and help slow Chris Bosh and the Heat.

In 12 games this season, the Australian center is averaging eight points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.8 blocks in just 25.3 minutes. He's been able to keep his minutes relatively low thanks to the emergence of Marreese Speights as a capable backup, though the team is still much better off with Bogut on the floor - they've outscored opponents by 21.1 points per-100 possessions with their defensive anchor on the court.

The orbital contusion (a black eye, basically) is another in the long list of minor injuries that have slowed Bogut over the past few years. He's played 82 games just once, in his 2005-06 rookie season, and has cracked 70 on just one other occasion. However, as he said in the offseason, the only way to avoid injury is to play a style he's not comfortable playing.
