Carmelo Anthony leaves game with back spasms

HOUSTON (AP) New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony left Monday night's game against the Rockets in the second quarter with back spasms, the team said.

Anthony walked gingerly to the locker room with less than two minutes remaining in the first half. His return is questionable, the Knicks said.

Anthony led Knicks scorers with 14 at the break, as Houston led 51-46.
