Analysis:

Carroll missed the previous four games before Friday, but was able to fully practice on Wednesday. Considering he was able to practice Wednesday, it's not all that surprising that he'll start Friday. He could be on a minutes restriction, as it's his first game back, so that's something to also keep in mind. In six games this season he's averaged 12 points and 6.3 rebounds.
