Wroten will reportedly take over as the starting shooting guard for Friday's game against the Suns, the Philly Inquirer reports.

Analysis:

Wroten will take over for Hollis Thompson, who will move to a bench role. Wroten has started 10 out of the 11 games he's played in this season, but the previous starts were at point guard for Michael Carter-Williams as he sat out with a shoulder injury. Wroten played surprisingly well filling in for Carter-Williams, averaging 19.3 points and 6.1 assists. Thompson will take a seat for the first time this year as he's struggled and has averaged only 7.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists on the year.
