Kevin Jairaj / USA TODAY Sports

The Dallas Mavericks will soon give NBA fans an experience to marvel at as they introduce new technology in American Airlines Arena.

The team announced Friday that Replay Technologies has installed FreeD video cameras in the arena that will capture a 360-degree view of every play.

From the official release:

This is the largest freeD™ system ever installed across all international sports properties - consisting of 26 cameras, six of which allow for enhanced zoom capability. The system can navigate the entire court through 360-degree coverage and view any perspective of the action.

According to owner Mark Cuban, "This technology will help the Dallas Mavericks continue their successful winning ways, by furthering the way we see the game."
