NBA Game Summary - Golden State at LA Lakers

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Stephen Curry poured in 30 points with 15 assists to lead the Golden State Warriors in a 136-115 rout of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Klay Thompson scored 18 points, Andrew Bogut netted 15 with 10 rebounds and Harrison Barnes added 14 in the win, the Warriors' third straight.

"That's our team, they were at their best. What Steph did tonight was the best point guard job I've seen," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said.

Kobe Bryant tallied 44 of his team's 79 points throught three quarters, but he sat out the fourth as Golden State had the game well in hand. Bryant was coming off of a 1-for-14 shooting effort in a loss to the Spurs his last time out.

"I tried to keep us in the ballgame, but they have a lot of shooters and they have a lot of weapons," Bryant said.

Jordan Hill checked in with 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Lakers, who have dropped four straight since their lone win against Charlotte.

Bryant's jumper just before the midway point of the first quarter pulled the Lakers within 17-12. However, Barnes canned a 3-pointer that was the start of 12 straight for the visitors. Bryant ended the string with a free throw, then Andre Iguodala nailed a 3-ball for a 32-13 margin.

Bryant netted 17 points in the opening 12 minutes, and his consecutive 3- pointers prior to Ed Davis' dunk helped Los Angeles close the gap to 11 heading into the second quarter.

Golden State ratcheted up its offense in the second and made the necessary stops on the defensive end to take a commanding lead at the break. The Warriors went 13-for-25 (52 percent) from the floor and limited the Lakers to 9-of-28 (32.1 percent) shooting, taking a 74-55 lead into the locker room.

Los Angeles didn't come close in the second half, as Golden State continued to pour it on and led by as many as 38 in the lopsided win.
