Birdman and Haslem out, McRoberts still limited for Heat on Sunday

Eric Harline / USA Today Sports

The Miami Heat may be forced into using some smaller lineups on Sunday when they take on the Toronto Raptors.

Chris "Birdman" Andersen is out of the lineup for Sunday's game due to a bruised rib, Udonis Haslem will sit with a sore quad and free agent acquisition Josh McRoberts continues to be limited by lingering toe discomfort. That also leaves the Heat without two of their most interesting haircuts, so adjust your viewing schedule where appropriate.

Andersen played in both of the team's first two games, scoring seven points with nine rebounds in 41 minutes. McRoberts made an 11-minute cameo on Saturday against Philadelphia, scoring three points. Haslem is yet to play this season.

Without the pair of bigs, Miami is left with just Chris Bosh and Justin Hamilton inside, the latter of whom has played just six minutes on the season. Expect to see Bosh at the five a fair amount, with Luol Deng and Danny Granger spotting as small fours for stretches.
