Calderon (calf) has been diagnosed with a calf strain and is expected to miss 2-3 weeks, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.

Analysis:

Calderon has been held out of practice of late and missed the Knicks' final two preseason contests. He also sat out Wednesday's opener and will now miss a handful of additional games, which should open up increased minutes for Shane Larkin, who got the start against Chicago. Pablo Prigioni should also see an uptick in minutes as the backup to Larkin.
