VIDEO: Anthony Davis opens season with steal, dunk, putback, just about everything

So, all that preseason hype about Anthony Davis elevating his game into the next stratosphere and establishing himself as a bona fide superstar? He waited all of 90 seconds into the 2014-15 NBA season before beginning to deliver on that promise. 

Just a minute and change into Tuesday's season opener against the Orlando Magic, Davis poked a pass free at his own free-throw line and out-raced the field for the loose ball, ultimately throwing down a two-handed jam from just inside the opposite free-throw line.

Davis spent most of the first half terrorizing the poor Magic. Scoring, rebounding, swiping steals, blocking shots, there was really very little Davis wasn't doing. He's filling the boxscore, and he's proving a real pain for the Magic on both ends.

Even when they think they've boxed him out of bounds entirely, he's wreaking havoc:
