The 31-year-old has struggled with his knee throughout the preseason and missed the Magic's last five preseason games with the knee ailment. Frye had a decent season in 2013-14, appearing in all 82 games he averaged 11.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists a game.
