NBA Game Summary - Washington at New York

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Carmelo Anthony's tie-breaking 3-point play with 13.9 seconds remaining provided the winning margin in the New York Knicks' 103-100 preseason victory over the Washington Wizards.

Anthony scored the last three of his game-high 30 points by sinking a 15-foot jumper that snapped a 100-100 deadlock while drawing a foul from Damion James. The star forward calmly hit the bonus shot before Washington's Otto Porter missed the mark on a 3-point try just prior to the final buzzer.

Amar'e Stoudemire added 13 points and eight rebounds for New York, which rallied from a 79-69 deficit late in the third quarter, while Tim Hardaway Jr. had 12 points in the win.

John Wall amassed 29 points and seven assists in the Wizards' preseason finale, with Porter finishing with 22 points in defeat.

Washington opens its regular season schedule next Wednesday at Miami.
