DeAndre Jordan: Looks to Improve Free-Throw Shooting

Jordan has been shooting 100 free-throws after each practice in an effort to improve his much maligned free-throw shooting, the LA Times reports.

Analysis:

While it is unlikely that Jordan makes major strides on his 42.8% mark from the free-throw line last season, fantasy owners can be encouraged by the fact that he is working to improve himself in weak areas. Jordan projects to be a beast in field goal percentage, rebounds, and blocks this season regardless of his horrific free-throw success rate and is firmly entrenched in the Clippers' starting lineup. He could, however, lose a few crunch time minutes to new addition Spencer Hawes, who is a far better free-throw shooter and overall offensive threat.
