Lil B suggests The Based God's Curse is at the root of Kevin Durant injury
Lil B is supposed to be all about spreading a message of love, positivity and inclusion. That's what being "based" is all about.
On Sunday, Lil B let his personal rivalry with reigning NBA MVP Kevin Durant get the best of him. The Based God couldn't help but take a shot at Durant, who faces a six-to-eight week recovery time after suffering a Jones fracture in his right foot.

#TheBasedGodsCurse was created back in May of 2011, when Durant suggested Lil B was a whack rapper. In the years that have followed, Durant and his Oklahoma City Thunder have faced frequent hardship, with poorly-timed injuries to Serge Ibaka and Russell Westbrook. As a result, the Thunder have been highly competitive but are still without an NBA championship.
Durant's injury appears to be the latest in a long line of Based God voodoo.
Last month, Durant tried to put the beef to rest, but appeared insincere in trying to bury the hatchet. Maybe the latest injury, perhaps cosmically at the hands of Lil B, will see him re-evaluate and come correct with an apology. You know, just in case.
