Coach Brian Shaw said he will start Arron Afflalo at small forward Wednesday to get Wilson Chandler used to coming off the bench. Health permitting, Danilo Gallinari (knee) will open the season as the Nuggets' starting small forward, but he will sit out Wednesday's game. Regardless of how the team opens the season, Gallinari's track record of getting injured should allow Chandler to see significant minutes during the 2014-15 season.
