VIDEO: Eric Bledsoe destroys a Goran Dragic layup attempt

Crystal LoGiudice / USA Today Sports

You could forgive Goran Dragic for having forgotten that he was set to share a backcourt with Eric Bledsoe this season. Bledsoe and the Phoenix Suns waited until the 11th hour to get a contract done, and it looked for a time as if the restricted free agent may not join the team for the start of camp.

Well, Bledsoe's back, and he put Dragic on notice pretty quickly, just in case he needed a reminder.

At an intrasquad scrimmage on Friday, Dragic attempted a fancy up-and-under after driving past Marcus Morris. It was a nice move. Slick. Dragic has handles and finesse, and this kind of move is par for the course. In this case, though, Bledsoe was sprinting back to provide help, and absolutely erased Dragic's attempt.

Eat your heart out, Destinee Hooker.

Great block leads to a great alley-oop slam here at the #SunsScrimmage

Oh, and that's Bledsoe getting back the other way to toss an alley-oop to the PlumDog, too.
