James Harden: Injures Hip In Practice

Harden fell during Friday's practice and injured his hip, although it doesn't seem serious, the Houston Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

Harden ultimately had to leave practice but coach Kevin McHale didn't seem overly concerned about it when questioned after practice. The Rockets play eight preseason games before their regular season starts on Oct. 28, so any deficiencies in Harden's game will likely be detected if this hip injury turns into anything serious.
