Analysis:

Livingston was recently reported to have said he could return at some point during the Warriors' training camp, but coach Steve Kerr isn't quite on board with that statement. Kerr reportedly believes Livingston will have to take the first few weeks of the season off in order to improve his conditioning and strength. Although it's obvious Livingston is trying to be back for the season opener, the Warriors aren't going to rush back arguably their best acquisition of the offseason, after he underwent arthroscopic surgery in August. Look for him to probably come back sometime within the first few weeks of the regular season.
