Kobe Bryant was spotted at a Munich restaurant on Tuesday, and as The Black Mamba's website confirmed on Wednesday, he traveled to Germany for "a quick visit" with world renowned doctor, Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt.

The future Hall of Famer has gone to Germany for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment in the past, but this recent visit was simply a routine one with a greatly-respected doctor.

As Bryant's website states, "Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt is the club doctor for Bayern Munich, and a world leader in the treatment of sports injuries. Dr. Hans is also known as 'Healing Hans' by many who have sought his care, among them 'The World’s Fastest Man,' Olympic and World Champion Usain Bolt, who has called Dr. Hans, the 'best doctor in the world.'"

Bryant, of course, has played just six NBA games over the last year-and-a-half, sustaining a left knee fracture in December, just 10 days into his return from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The PRP treatments he received in Germany in the past were on his right knee.

Earlier this week, new Lakers head coach Byron Scott hinted that Bryant may sit out some practices and/or games this season, telling 89.3 KPCC, "I think he’s probably more acceptable to accept the fact that you can’t practice every day. There might be some games where you can’t play this game or that game. But that’s all to be determined."
