Dinwiddie still doesn't have a timetable for his return from ACL surgery, the Detroit Free Press reports.

Analysis:

The rookie point said he has felt "really, really good" the past couple weeks, but he wouldn't commit to a timetable for his return to basketball. Not a huge surprise, as the Pistons instructed Dinwiddie not to talk about possible return dates earlier this summer. Shortly after being selected by Detroit in the second round, there were reports that Dinwiddie wouldn't play this season, but it seems more and more likely that he'll be healthy enough to return to the court at some point during the 2014-15 campaign. That said, even if Dinwiddie does return to full strength, opportunities for playing time would be limited. Dinwiddie is a talented guard and should be on your radar for keeper leagues, but he won't make a fantasy impact in his rookie season.
