Report: Kings to waive Jeremy Tyler

Jeremy Tyler's stint with the Sacramento Kings looks to be an extremely abbreviated stay.
Less than a month after acquiring Tyler and Wayne Ellington from the New York Knicks, the Kings have cut ties with both players. According to reports, the Kings are poised to waive Tyler, just days after parting ways with Ellington.
The 6-foot-10 Tyler averaged less than 10 minutes per game in 41 appearances with the Knicks last season, and has struggled to find consistent minutes at the NBA level.
He has impressed in back-to-back summer league appearances and possesses solid mid-range shooting for a player his size. It would not be shocking if another team took a shot on the 23-year-old.
