Jesus Hummelsworth will once again be suiting up for the Minnesota Timberwolves this season.

Announced by his agency earlier in the week, Robbie Hummel and the Wolves both confirmed the signing on Thursday.

"We are excited to have Robbie back with us this season," team president Flip Saunders said via release. "He proved that he can be a key contributor off the bench and finished the season strong. Robbie's ability to stretch the floor with his shooting range is a valuable asset for our team."

Selected 58th overall in the 2012 NBA Draft after a torn ACL in his junior season at Purdue derailed his momentum some, he spent the 2012-13 season playing in the Spanish ACB League before joining Minnesota last season. As a rookie, Hummel averaged 3.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in 53 games while shooting 36 percent from long range.

Generally a small forward but capable of shifting up or down a spot on offense, the 25-year-old is said to have agreed to a one-year deal for the league minimum ($816,482 for someone with Hummel's experience). Most importantly for Hummel, the deal is fully guaranteed.
