With the Milwaukee Bucks reportedly close to reaching an agreement with point guard Jerryd Bayless, details of the expected contract have emerged.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Bayless' deal is expected to be for two years with a total value of $6 million to $7 million. Furthermore, no player or team options will be included.

Bayless, 25, was traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Boston Celtics in early January. But despite seeing increased playing time and posting better numbers in Boston, he became expendable when the Celtics drafted Marcus Smart and then guaranteed the contract of Phil Pressey.

On the Bucks, Bayless would find himself in a backcourt rotation that includes the likes of Brandon Knight, Nate Wolters, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who Milwaukee have been experimenting with at the one throughout the Las Vegas Summer League.
