As the Indiana Pacers continue to weigh the pros and cons of possibly bringing back guard Lance Stephenson, they made a move Saturday afternoon to re-sign one of their role-players in the front court.
The Pacers reportedly have reached an agreement with big man Lavoy Allen, according to ESPN's Chris Broussard.
The 6-foot-9 Allen appeared in 14 games for the Pacers after being acquired in a deadline day trade with the Philadelphia 76ers. Allen struggled to crack the rotation, averaging just eight minutes per game in Indiana. In two-and-a-half seasons with the 76ers, Allen averaged 5.2 points and 4.9 rebounds in 19 minutes of action.
