With a newly-minted Sixth Man of the Year award in hand, Los Angeles Clippers guard Jamal Crawford has his eyes on the next prize: an extension.

According to a report from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the 34-year-old shooting guard is looking for a contract extension next summer. In the words of his agent Andy Miller:

"Our intention is to get an extension with the Clippers or anywhere else that he may be traded based on the fact that he's undervalued for the production he's providing."

Wojnarowski's report indicates that Crawford's name has been bandied about in sign-and-trade discussions by the Clippers.

Last season, Crawford averaged 18.6 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while posting a PER of 17.3. He has two more years left on his current contract, worth $5.5 million per season, the second of which is a team option.

Crawford's game has aged beautifully, as his per-minute and efficiency stats remain nearly unchanged from his career norms. He remains one of the league's most lethal isolation scorers, and should continue to do so well into his late thirties.
