Report: Warriors believe they have a shot at getting Kevin Love

Golden State Warriors team sources 'confidently' outlined why the Bay Area franchise should be considered a top contender to land power forward Kevin Love to the San Francisco Chronicle this week.

Love is expected to opt out of his contract to become a free agent in 2015, and the Timberwolves have more reason than ever to start listening. The Bay Area is reportedly one of Love's desired locations.

"You know we'll be aggressive," one Warriors source told the Chronicle. "We usually get our guy."

Though the Warriors don't want to part with Klay Thompson, they can still package the likes of David Lee and Harrison Barnes with their 2015 first-round pick. Golden State might not boast the best package, but landing Love long-term for any team could be dependent on the destination.
