Bynum (foot) dealt with bone spurs at the end of the year, which caused him to miss the last seven games, the Detroit News reports.

Analysis:

Bynum faced a litany of injuries during the course of the season that limited him to just 56 games. When healthy, he was able to play 18.8 minutes per game and provided valuable production behind starter Brandon Jennings. Bynum will head into the offseason looking to rest up his ailments, while hoping to earn a bigger role in the Pistons' rotation in 2014-15. His ability to score and dish the ball makes him an interesting option, if he somehow manages to pick up more minutes.
