Demar DeRozan told Kyle Lowry 'I'm living and dying with you taking that shot' after Game 7

Paul Pierce's swat on Kyle Lowry's final shot of Game 7 finally brought the Toronto Raptors' roller coaster of a season to an end.

It was a ridiculous finale to a remarkable series, and following the final buzzer, DeMar DeRozan could be seen talking to Lowry as the latter lay on the floor with his head in his hands.

Speaking to the media afterwards, Lowry was inevitably asked about what DeRozan said in what was clearly an emotional moment between the pair.

"That's my man," Lowry replied. "He just gave me words of encouragement and told me, 'If anybody's going to take that shot, I'm living and dying with you taking that shot or trying to attempt to get that shot off.' It was just one of those things where it was a great brotherly moment."

With Lowry set to become a free agent this summer, there's a possibility that the shot was his last as a Raptor. But regardless of what happens, it's clear that Lowry has a brother in DeRozan and nothing but love for the city of Toronto.
