LaMarcus Aldridge: Struggles In Game 5

Aldridge struggled mightily during Game 5 on Wednesday and was only able to record eight points (3-12 FG, 2-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and four blocks in 39 minutes of action.

Analysis:

This was Aldridge's second-lowest scoring total all season long. He was able to contribute in other areas but overall it was a disappointing performance considering how well he's played thus far in the postseason. The Rockets had a stronghold on the entire Portland team, so this lackluster performance won't necessarily have a lasting effect on his play during Game 6 on Friday.
