Jefferson (foot) is confident he will play on Wednesday, the Charlotte Observer reports.

Analysis:

Jefferson was reportedly still wearing a boot on Wednesday morning, but believes he'll be ready to go on Wednesday night. The center suffered the injury in the first quarter of Game 1, but still managed to log 35 effective minutes, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 boards to go along with two blocks, an assist and a steal. Jefferson is still considered a game-time decision for Wednesday, but it looks more likely that he will suit up for Game 2.
