With Nene sidelined for almost two months due to injury, Booker found himself starting for the Wizards for a significant part of the season. However, with the Wizards in the playoffs, coach Randy Wittman has decided to finally move Nene back into the starting power forward role and bring Booker off the bench. Unfortunately, with Drew Gooden and Al Harrington also available off the bench, Booker may find himself the odd man out.
