Arthur (knee) is expected to exercise his player option for next season, the Denver Post reports.

Analysis:

If Arthur does, indeed, exercise the option, it will keep him in Denver for at least one more season while paying him $3.4 million. When asked if he's thought much about the decision, Arthur stated: "Not really. I look on coming back though. I don't see myself going anywhere. We'll see. I really want to stay, so hopefully everything works out." The former Kansas standout averaged 5.9 points and 3.1 rebounds in 68 games this season. He sat out the final two contests with a severely bruised knee.
