Grizzlies' Tayshaun Prince to miss Wednesday's showdown with Heat

Grizzlies SF Tayshaun Prince will not play Wednesday versus the Heat due to an ankle injury, the South Florida SunSentinel reports.

James Johnson will get the start at small forward Wednesday versus the Heat, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.

Analysis:

Prince will miss his second straight game with a sprained ankle after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Spurs. James Johnson will get the start in his place, and consider Prince a game-time call for Friday's game against the Sixers.

With Prince out of the lineup, Johnson will slot in to make his third start of the season. His playing time has fluctuated of late, but he contributed a productive 20 points, five rebounds and three assists in 32 minutes Sunday against San Antonio.
