Minnesota Timberwolves forward Dante Cunningham will be available for Tuesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs, head coach Rick Adelman told reporters

Cunningham was released from jail Monday night following his arrest for suspicion of terrorist threats. This was the second arrest in less than a week for Cunningham, who has already been charged with felony domestic assault.

In a statement released Tuesday, the 26-year-old said his two arrests "have unintentionally placed my teammates and the organization in a challenging position."

According to Andy Greder of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the Hennepin County Attorney's office is continuing to review information submitted by police and will not be pressing any additional charges against Cunningham on Tuesday.
