Chandler (hip/rest) is expected to play Friday against the Mavericks, the Denver Post reports.
Analysis:
The day of rest allotted to Chandler could help him turn around his recent downswing in production. In his previous five appearances, he averaged 11.8 points (on 36.5 percent shooting), 3.8 boards, 1.8 threes, and 1.4 assists in 29 minutes. If coach Brian Shaw opts for the status quo, Chandler should return to the starting five at small forward.
