Bynum (knee) had his right knee drained Monday, and was concerned as it was the most fluid he's had there since the 2010 NBA Finals, the Pacers' official site reports.

Analysis:

He did not play in Monday's game because of swelling in the knee, and it doesn't sound like he's going to be back on the court in a hurry. Team doctors are still reviewing the MRI on his knee, so it's unclear how much time he'll miss, but at this point in the season, there are probably better uses of a roster spot in most leagues.
