D.J. Augustin receives flop warning

Brett Davis / Reuters

Wednesday night's game between the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons saw D.J. Augustin come off the bench to drop a team-high 26 points to go with six assists and one rebound.

But what won't show up in the box score is Augustin's fourth-quarter flop, a move that has resulted in a warning from the league.

While leading a fast break down the court, Augustin drove to the hoop and came into contact with Brandon Jennings before falling wildly into the row of cameramen beyond the baseline. Replays show some pretty evident exaggeration.

A subsequent violation form the Texas product will draw a $5,000 fine.
