Copeland likely won't be seeing more playing time with the Pacers' second unit in the near future, Scott Agness of Pacers.com reports.

Analysis:

Copeland is averaging just under six minutes per game this season, but the fact that he didn't even see the court in Milwaukee when the team was short-handed at the wing is a telling sign. Copeland was brought on in free agency to help the Pacers with their three-point shooting, and even though Indiana currently sits at 19th in the league with a 35.2 shooting percentage from beyond the arc, head coach Frank Vogel doesn't seem to have immediate plans to include him in the rotation. If the recently acquired Evan Turner ends up struggling from behind the three-point line (he's shooting just 28.8 percent this season), Copeland may eventually earn the opportunity to try and get his shot back, but this isn't looking very likely in the Pacers' current state.
