Analysis:

After undergoing a procedure on his right wrist on Wednesday, Jan. 22, Fields was expected to stay away from practice for three weeks. Although he hasn't officially returned to drills, he nonetheless appears to be ahead of schedule, but a return will still likely occur after next weekend's All-Star break.
