Wizards' Webster to play through illness Saturday vs. Jazz

After missing Friday's game with the flu, Washington Wizards wing Martell Webster will play through the illness on Saturday night against the Utah Jazz.

In 40 games this season, Webster is averaging a career-best 11.5 points on 45.5 percent shooting and 41.4 percent on threes. While he's started 13 games, he's been used exclusively as a reserve when Bradley Beal is in the lineup.

On Friday, Garrett Temple saw extended run in Webster's place but managed just three points in 23 minutes.
