Evans is headed from the Clippers to the Nets in a sign-and-trade deal in exchange for a future second-round pick, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.

The deal is worth $5 million over three years. Evans will give the re-tooling Nets another veteran rebounding presence up front. In 56 games with the Clippers last season, he averaged 13:48 worth of playing time, while averaging 4.8 rebounds and 1.9 points per game.
