Lucas was getting more minutes than Tinsley most nights anyway, so the move to the starting lineup doesn't affect much for fantasy in most regard other than to perhaps ensure Lucas' minutes some more. Given that Lucas has only scored in double digits once this season despite averaging 28 minutes, he's difficult to own in anything but the deepest of leagues at this time.
