VIDEO: Reebok's Terry, Noel and Thomas make a weird endorser trio

Reebok doesn't have a lot of players under its banner at present. While latest estimates show them as sixth in brand ranking, they have just eight players listed as endorsers and their lead name is Jameer Nelson.

In short, this is no marketing giant, however much you may like the new Q96 and Pumpspectives.

There's nothing wrong with that strategy, especially since they're owned by second-ranked Adidas, who would probably prefer to have the best endorsers for their flagship brand.

But it does make for some odd commercials, like their recent Game Recognize Game spot featuring Jason Terry, Isaiah Thomas and Nerlens Noel:

Dap: J.E. Skeets

Noel was the sixth overall pick this year and could be a nice long-term addition to the stable, but he's yet to play a game for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Thomas is a young and fun point guard, averaging 18 points for Sacramento in the early going, but he's hardly a recognizable face.

And Terry, as successful as his career's been, is a 36-year old reserve.

But hey, maybe the shoes sell themselves.
