Jazz add Dominic McGuire and Mike Harris to training camp roster

The Utah Jazz signed forwards Mike Harris and Dominic McGuire on Thursday.

As was the case with Machado, these are likely non-guaranteed training camp deals. The Jazz now have 19 players in camp and will need to cut at least four by the start of the season.

McGuire split 2012-13 between Toronto, New Orleans and Indiana, appearing in 26 games in total. He previously played for Washington, Sacramento, Charlotte and Golden State as well. Should the 6-foot-9 forward make the team, the Jazz would be his eighth NBA team in just seven seasons.

In 342 career games, the all-intangibles, no-offense McGuire has averaged 2.7 points and 3.4 rebounds.

Harris, meanwhile, is a 30-year old who has been out of the league since 2010-11. He spent last season in China. Prior to that, he spent sporadic time with Houston and Washington, appearing in 34 games over four seasons and averaging 2.9 points and 2.4 rebounds.

The 6-foot-6 Rice product was also the 2010 D-League MVP.
