The Boston Celtics have interest in adding another All-Star to their roster.

With Kyrie Irving reportedly on the trading block, the Celtics have asked the Cleveland Cavaliers to keep them in the loop on any potential deals, sources told ESPN's Zach Lowe. Boston owns a bevy of assets, and has already expressed interest in acquiring several other big names this offseason.

However, a deal could prove difficult, as Cleveland would likely prefer not to trade the 25-year-old to one of their few Eastern Conference rivals.

The 6-foot-3 point guard reportedly has interest in playing for the Heat, Timberwolves, and Knicks, but would prefer to be dealt to the San Antonio Spurs.

Irving is coming off another terrific campaign, averaging 25.2 points, 5.8 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in 72 games with the Cavaliers.
